ok!!! need the driver

there in delphi folders , uploaded here . l have installed 100 of times never needed to manually add driver .. you have to connect to car too

Friends I have installed autocom 2014..ma as I connect the instrument me error the software is not installed for this hardware
I ask if you have an old version more

you havnt updated firmware , this delphi does all the same as 2013

i find the usb port
the connected hardware typedoes match the installed product
does not automatically make update

your are connected to car obd yes ?
you cant update by bluetooth only by usb then remove usb and all good
upload pictures of whats going on too

we tried long ago but without success
then i found the cd and it worked perfectly

when it seems to not work whit the new vci

last thing to try is replace f/w with older or newer till works , might have problem with unit not taking updates ?

l have no idea how old your unit it , you havnt posted it , 2014 will work with old unit 30250 and new 100250
