Remote key work only with ignition on

Hello mates .... i have patrol 2015 remote start key woth 5 bottons the key open and close the car just when ignotion awake or on or engine runing ... now i reprogramed the keys thinking its not bad programmed .... but its the same problem all fuse and relay checked ... in bcm i got b2609 sterring lock relay ....now i am asking any one happend to face this problem ?
