05 gsx-r mileage correction

so odd after i write this dump i get ------- on the miles and now i cannot read the chip. i get ff ff ff, i have tried two different eeprom readers and get the same result. any insight as to what might have caused this?

Got the chip right way around? Did you unsolder, possibly overheated the chip.

Get another 93c56 and write this file to it and you should be good to go.....

By the way, lem2 file will not work correctly, he edited the Km section only, mileage is stored in both Km and Mi and needs to match.

i read it on the board didnt unsolder it. i will have to buy another 93c56 chip to replace this one i guess.
