Hi all, I would like to know how to make Mercedes E550 2004 and what modules I need to program.

And finally could you say me if Digiprog 4.94 clone does this car.

Digiprog will block sync between dash and ezs via obd2

Digiprog blocks the sync but the original mileage can easily be seen in the actual values of the ezs. You should also change the mileage in assist, assist, srs,cdi...

To make a good job...

Dash by Dash Diag or Eeprom

Ezs by Direct connection - best to save eeprom and flash data before you reprogram

Zgw by OBD2 or direct

Errors erase

Service intervals

That should do the trick :)
