car intermitent non starter, sometimes start and sometimes not, i doubt that the key is the problem

when its not start did you see immo light appear on dash ?
if no your problem with imobilizer
if yes problem in the car or ecu
you can make it immo off but you have to remove smarta usually its under cluster little to the left
