For VW color clusters I can say in general that no tools can do SW0705 or higher.
(For black/white clusters this is SW09xx or higher.)

Some public tools cannot even do color SW06xx for example.

I am not sure about SMOK ...

Smok can do vw color cluster till SW0703, and black/white till SW0705
