Need help from Pro?s by this EDC17 File Golf 2.0TDI 170hp

Hi, i have a problem by this EDC17CP14 Golf GTD 170hp 2.0TDI DSG.
In my tuning is all ok but between 3800-4200 rpm i have no Power.
Its a lucky ride, still 3800 rpm is power, from 3800 rpm to 4200 rpm is no power and from 4200 rpm again power.
i think its a limiter from temperature or torque but i have no more idea.

but the rest ist harmless, torque very weak, lamda not touched , SOI 122= 2 degree :excitement:
