I have currently Peugeot 406 2.0 16V RFN with Marelli IAW48.

Problem is that car don't pass emission test (MOT).
Lambda stays in open loop mode all the time (Fuel system status: OL-fault).

There are no dtc codes in ecu.
I measured oxygen sensor heater resistance (s1/s2) -ok
Tester shows oxygen sensor voltage when car is running. I can see that voltage shows "lean" while deceleration.
Kat is working (if I pump throttle, I see that converter is working ok).
Coolant temp is ok.
Pedal shows 6% at idle.
Map is ok.
There has been tried new lambda sensors in car - no difference.

So ecu is all the time in OL-mode (caused OL-Fault)
Lambda control not working (short/long trim 0%)
If I clear dtc, without starting, ecu is already in OL-fault mode!

Do you have good ideas what to test?/or similar case before with Peugeot/Marelli?
Only thing I noticed, that Lambda heater fuse was blown. I replaced it but no difference (there are +12V/GND in lambda connectors/heater).
