Sure even 2.08 would do it in boot mode

Sorry I should've added that I can read via OBD (no tprot), and via boot mode, but the first 3/4 of the file is FF. I believe that they didn't have the correct algorithm until version 2.26.

Thats why i'm looking for 2.26 or 2.27 :D

The USA version of the CP14 has external flash P166 is thier designation on it.

My kess can read the ALL file when you go into tools, and backup. But the map portion of the file is mostly FF.

I searched and searched and found a thread that was replied to by alientech IIRC on chiptuners and said about the algorithm...

Isn't there new update online only too ? I havnt seen 2.26 for clones , l have ktag and fg v54 , it seems use EU clone buyers have to keeps spending on others just to have all bases covered or save money we make with our clones and buy originals .

The guy l get my EU clones is on the ball and hasn't or isn't doing a later update it might be because firmware would need updating and that might be a problem? You might have to be the tester lol

all softwares above version 2.08 are for newer firmware than 4.036
and ktag v2.11 sw any higher needs newer firmware than 6.70
these 2 firmwares are all thats available to clones

Latest software without firmware upgrade is totaly useless, Firmware is mandatory to work with that car list.

Hi there, I've got a ktag clone on v2.13 would love to have the latest version of software at least 2.16 or higher for the Toyota denso ecus. Does anyone have the upgrade?
