Smart 800cdi Egr off

Hallo mates

I'have a smart 800 cdi with P1401 egr fault.
Someone have detached the egr valve and blocked the solenoid.No good.
I've read the flash from ECu.
Ecu number Bosch 0281010161 1037351364 smart number 0002749V001
391819

Please someone can switch off the egr?
Just a quick question.The car have a broken glow-plug.Someone have disconnect the glowplug cable,
i don't want to try to remove the broken plug from the head.Is it possible to disable dtc control for glowplug?

Hallo

First for all thank you to all friends for your valuable help.
Just to add some more info.
The file work well.
But if the EGR valve have some electrical fault the ecu go in limp mode also with egr switch off.
So the ecu need a working (electrical wise) EGR valve.
At the end I've build an emulator , thanks to some diagrams found on the net.
Now the car works well.
To summarize all:
1)Remove Egr activation from map.
2) You need a electrical working EGR valve.
3) The EGR-Off file work well.But to prevent limp mode you must have a working EGR valve.
4)If your EGR is faulty.Build up an emulator to replace it.
5)Job done
