7089 is the correct code.

Check the wiring, it is common for SBB to say the code is wrong if communications between the immo and ecu are not working properly. Normally the problem is in the wiring close to the ecu, look for the lowest point in the wires and give them a good tug to check for corrosion inside the insulation.
