2008 Land Rover LR3 KPH to MPH Conversion - reprogram IMMO

Anyone familiar with the anti theft (immo) on this model. Vehicle is from Canada (KPH) and I am looking to convert it to MPH. I already have another instrument cluster from a local recycler but it won't start with it in the vehicle. I was thinking of taking the needles off and swapping the overlay however I can't figure out the digital odometer, it won't go to miles, however you can change the center display to Miles or KM. What is the easiest way to solve my problem?

With sdd i think on ori dash...dash has everything stored in there...

Okay so if I disassemble both clusters, and use the overlay on the original circuit board and then use the MPH EEPROM I should solve my problem? Then it is just a matter of reprogramming the mileage on the MPH EEPROM
