P206 Marelli diagnose

I need to diagnose the ECU Magnetti Marelli 392824on the table (without car). I have connected
35, 13 on +12V
36, 54 on 0V (ground)
Is it correct? ECU does not communicate...


Is it possible to diagnose the ECU on the table (outside the car)?
