Hi car is not staring and endicator is flashing still have an immobilizer fault code . Or this Ecu need to immo off with flash also ???

Iti is 1.9TDI or 2.5TDI ? Number ecu 038906012 or 019 or 018 ?

File immo off is ok, problem is in the car.
