Mercedes w210 E320 EGR OFF

Hello mates,

Have a problem with one more egr on MB w210.
Car is in limp mode I tried to turn it off but car still goes very slow.
I checked all hoses and pipes. Cleaned EGR valve but still have DTC P0401.
I'm desperate mates. No more DTC in any ECU.
