Help for a set file C240 2002

Hello friends
i have a benz C240 2002 that has stolen ME and EIS ( doesn't have now )
i bought a ME with part number : A 112 153 07 08 and EIS : 211 545 13 08 (0K50E) ME 2.8
Can i use both of these second hand computers of another car ?
i can renew ESL and program key but i need a set file for this both computers

VIN CAR:WDB2030611F277950 ( Benzin )

if ecu inside are the same of your you can use new kit ecu+ezs. make virgine esl and do new key from ezs.
iportant new ezs and ecu coom from same car.

Hi mate , i make this from org that u send i test on simulator with star diagnostic car start just write back,
make key renew esl that u said and all will be fine, let me know result at u side.
