Looks like the DSC symbol (traction and stability control).
But could also be s.th. else. Your picture quality is not the best to say the least :-)

Its not stability traction symbol for sure.
Can it be connected with start/stop system?

Your dsc system has errors or hill assistant issues. All abs related.

It is a stop start issue. Most probably a weak battery or a faulty pressure sensor on the brake servo.
