Hi, please help me with tested solution for EGRoff + DTCoff (P0403).
I tried to find hysterezis maps but I dont know if it is good solution for this ECU/engine.

Car is:

I found six hysteresis maps:
4E20E - 17x1
4E254 - 17x1
4E298 - 16x1
4E2DC - 17x1
4E322 - 17X1
4E366 - 16x1

is it OK to change all hyst. maps to zero and make DTCoff or for this ECU needs another solution?

So, now I have some experience with EGRoff by hysterezis maps.
When I set all hyst. maps to zero and disable DTC like P0403 car works like a charm - no DTC, no limp mode by EGR and everythink looks fine.
I tried to start service regeneration of DPF while driving - ECU accept request, DPF ikon on dash start light but after 50km still light and regeneration didint start.
So, there must be any trick how to make EGRoff and leave all processis around DPF!!

Is there anybody who have working solution for this engine with ECU EDC17C46? Older ECU EDC17CP14 works fine with EGRoff and DPFon

DPF need EGR active to make regeneration.
you have to disable DPF too

why? during regeneration EGR makes some activity?? For EDC17CP14 everything works OK and PCR2.1 ECU works like a charm with EGRoff and DPFon!!

How do you have solved ?
Did you change only third and last hystereses map ?

I tried a lot of combination of hyst. maps. I do it by damos and made mod only hyst. maps which is not for regeneration but during the regeneration get error from EGR and limp mode - this is not solution.
Car will be new EGR - this is fully working solution but more expesive!!!
