Audi tt 2002 MM cluster 99999km error

Hi all,

I tried to complete mileage correction with Digiprog 4.94 I have a error resulting in 99999km im guessing this is a checksum error, I have soldered a FTDi chip to the digiprog that now allows me communicate with the PC to try in an attempt to resolve this issue. Im a little stuck on the next stage, any help will be greatly appreciated I dont mind paying for the right help. I also noticed there is a fix for this on the Digiprog, I would need to buy the ST41 cable, does anyone know if this feature works?

Hi I bough the ST41 cable as suggested, I used the 99999km fix function but it did not work, digiprog tool said it was OK and wrriten new value but when reconnected to car still 999999km

This is now fixed! Used the 99999 fix tool...there were 2 checksums available for this cluster once you get asked to checksum click "x" and the second checksum will become available
