Fiat Punto 1.9 JTD EDC15 immo off

Hi, I have a '01 Fiat Punto 1.9 JTD with 93LC66B BSI EEPROM damaged, the locksmith that tried to dump the eeprom data to retrieve pin and precode the keys have done this mess, the eeprom it's like blank, I've tried to write another dump to BSI eeprom from another car with success but even if I programmed keys the texa won't align proxy, it disconnects when I try to connect to body computer. Now I would like to bypass bodycomputer and turn immo off in order to start the car. Any suggestion it's really appreciated. Thanks

ECU Number is Bosch 46789433. I'm trying to read ecu with galletto 1260 but it's not responding.

It is not bosch number , bosch number is 0281 ... ...
