Set the soft for 75,000 KM

Is said to program as follows:
75000km = 124FEDB0

When I tested the cluster after programming, the cluster reads 32,XXXX Miles.

75,0000 KM = Approx 46,000 Miles and not 32,0000.

Does anyone have any suggestions on whether the soft is buggy or is it me not calculating properly.

Strike what you want with this programme to do, then the calculator of course is from the largest base of algorithms. It will not make for You all , there is no interface to him or different cable ...

hello. im new to the forum and have a question that i cant seem to figure out. i have a 93c56 chip that i am trying to change the mileage on. i am using a willem programmer board along with tachosoft. i live in the US so things are measured in miles over here, not in kilometers. I have tried everything i can think of to try to convert one to the other, but the result is always way off. its not just as simple as converting miles to kilometers, then putting it in tachosoft. it comes out way different on the LCD when i plug it back in. i was wondering if anyone can possibly help me?

Have you tried just putting in the KM's ..And treating them as miles ....?Meaning if you want 25,000 miles .. then enter 25,000 kms ....Or post the dump ..along with what it reads and what you want it to read mate ... the algo's not difficult ...

THE FIRST Two byte are the Km's in HEX Byte swap then X16...The second two ..XOR the first two with FF FF ... for the compliment

ok it came out to 103321 which is very close. same as tachosoft gave out. so i tried another random number, and it was within 25 miles. i just entered the miles i wanted into the software, no switching between KM or anything. i must have been doing something different/wrong before because it surely was not working.

Totally new in this field, i have a 2004 Volvo XC70, can you tell me other than this counter, what other software or hardware do i need to rollback my odometer, my cluster died and i had to replace it with a used one, my car had around 90,000 KM, while the used one i installed now has 120,000 KM.

I really appreciate your help. Also for me it is a one time job so i don't want to buy expensive equipment.
