Hi, have mercedes vito 639 85kw pjezo injectors. 3 injectors return leaks and drops pressure on engine start. Injectots was removed and tested, all ok , just return leaks. Thats my own car and I dont want to buy new injectors.
Does possible to lower pressure in soft on start ? Please.

you may need to buy new injectors. The other option is second-hand working

My tips:

1. Upgrade starter motor to make hight RPM.
2. Add extra large battery for increase starter motor revs.
3. Start engine every time in downhill.

Choice is yours :D

I mean to let start on lower pressure. or make computer think that pressure higher than real.
Does possible that to do without buying new injectors ???

P.S. Battery big and new.

I think that this will not fix the problem. In time, the injectors will begin to return more fuel and the car did not ignite
