tactrix dead

i have Chinese tactrix . i forget to disconnect the internet before use it . it is dead now
can any one tell me how to repaire it please

Try reinstalling the software and drivers.

I did it. The pc didnt detect it.i think the tactrix need to be flashed but idont have its firme ware.and idont know how to flash it.
