KTouch (Genius Clone). GenFile Extractor

Hi Guys

I have a KTouch (Genius Clone). I think i need GenFile Extractor, can anyone help?

When i send files to pc, no prgrams match them to any drivers. If i use Kess the drivers select.

Please could some one help?
