Need help with edc17cp14 immo off

:nightmare:hello, I have damaged ecu edc17cp14 and I bought new (used). I downloaded edc17immo off service tool 1.2v but but which of these files need to do immo off and add to the new ECU? Please help me :)

yesterday I flashed those files . amazing !!!! Car starts !!! but the instrument panel shows "SAFE" , and engine control unit displays two errors, and RPM only up to 2500 .. but thank you very much !!! : D
