Renault Laguna 2 ECU immo off

Hi mates, I have to replace ecu on Renault Laguna 2, The Car's ecu is Bosch 0 261 206 143 ME 7.4.6 made in Germany WHERE AS the donor USED ecu I could get from junkyard is Bosch 0 261 206 418 also ME7.4.6 but made in France (seems it's from a Citroen car).

Can this donor be compatible with laguna2 and which EEPROM for immo off?
