Hello mates,
I own a 2008 argentina made 307 (full CAN), EW10A engine with the known problematic AL4.
My AL4 need full service, due to the excessive clearence in the bushings the transmission can't build pressure. Servicing it will cost around 4500brl. An second hand AL4 from some C4 donor (with bearings instead of bushings) will cost near the same price plus fitting service or my time to do it.
The new AT6 from a 308 with EW10A costs near half of that, 2000brl and its obvious a six speed.
I got an ECU from the AT6 for some tests in the car. Have not yet performed they.
The wiring looks to be exactly the same, exception for one extra solenoid in the AT6, the EPDE solenoid on therminals E1 (6705V) and E2 (6706V), should be easy to add in the harness.
My engine ECU is the IAW 6LPB, but I'm upgrading to the IAW 6KPB to make it flex fuel (which is the same the 308 used with the AT6 here).
The schematics are here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0BxlZ1VzjFIjmek5XNjlxS2I1TEE&usp=sharing
Reading my 307 on diagbox as a 308 it only can recognize the BSI, engine ECU, AL4 ECU, radio display, and the radio (because its a RD45, from the 308 as well).
So, do you think this will work? Would be necessary to replace the BSI?
Greetings from Brazil.
