Tried 25132 as code but getting err1.

Yes , the digits are ok, maybe radio need to fitted on the car.
For now I was trying on table.

Carefully check the soldered EEPROM , may accidentally delete an item next to the chip.

Bingo , you're right , a resistor near the chip was displaced , putted back and now code is ok.
