Mini DME swap help needed!

Hi there, i need to swap a mini dme.
I ve got the new one but the original has been stolen.
The question is; Is possible to adapt a doonor without the originl one dump???
Any help will be more than wellcome.
The ecu number is 0261S09291.

If you can read ISN from new ECU and write it to cas all will fine...

Icom a2 can do that automatically. If new one is not virgin bought from bmw, you have to vigin dump firstly

Does any1 has a virgin dump?? or can read the the isn???

it is not so easy because ISN is stored in OTP sector of DDE...
and to read ISN from DDE it will read over OBD connector with AVDI / BMW explorer etc...

the simplest way is to change ISN in Cas...

You need to post Cas dump, and if dump is encrypted I need Hitag data from working key to...

Ok, your cas dump is not encrypted...
Read with AVDI ISN/SK from your new ECU, and post ISN/SK here...
I will change in cas dump ISN/SK
