EDC15C7 Ducato immo off problem

Hello I've the problem with immo in fiat Ducato EDC15C7 0281010346.
I've tried several immo-off files with U1600 code.
When I read out ECU status it is free to start, car crank but not starting.
U1600 of course always comes back.

This is my ori file, could you please make one immo and U1600 off. The car is ducato with small immo box which is disconnected.
