channel search fail

hi hope someone can help i just hooked my openbox back up after not using it for awhile and had no channels so i tried to do a single satelite search and all i get is error

have a look at the transpoder freq, also make sure u have not connected the feed to the wrong port in back of box.............................c

thanks it was the transpoder freq its searching ok now
