That's my car. I purchaised it no long ago with some troubles that noone can fix. It smokes black very much. No errors. I checked injectors, test all inlet for leaks, check vacuum that control turbos. But i suppose there is a leak in egr system (there is smoke in the rear side of engine). I suppose boost gone away there. So i close egr and now got p0400 error and limp mode.

I don't think your problem is EGR... Even with blanked hole, without software modifications, if you start the engine and put the gas pedal to the floor, there will be not DTC or Limp mode and you can see if the black smoke is gone or not.
BTW, when you put the gas pedal for hard acceleration, the EGR is closed by the software, so your problem is not there.
If your EGR system leaks, this will be visible with diag...
