Hello everyone. I have big problem with my Vectra C. Car is 2005 year with 1.9 CDTI (Z19DTH) engine, EDC16C9 ECU.
I bought this car one week ago, seller told me that there is DPF OFF and EGR OFF.
At every start of car, after 10-15 sec car was changing RPM for 1 second and sounds different. It was at every starts of engine. Seller told me that it is after DPF OFF and car is working good (ECU is changing MAPs). And it was working good good power, speed, not DTCs but.. I make ECU software update in Opel Service by MDI and GlobalTIS and from this time car is not working good...
At first, there was all time indicator with car and wrench and car have max 3000 rpm. In errors i found P1125-61 and P0002-5A (these errors are from ECU update - was NOT in ECU before).
I starts from throttle cleaning and resoldering - DTC P1125 cleared and no more in ECU. But there is still P0002 - it is error from "Circuit solenoid metering fuel". If i delete it and start car everything is ok but after 10-15 sec (like before, when after 10-15 sec car was changing RPM for 1 second and sounds different) - after that there is indicator with car and wrench and no power of car. If i clear this DTC everything is ok but after 20-30 sec there is one more time different sound of engine for 1-2 sec and one more time indicator with car and wrench and no power. I check a fuel pressure during this different sound - set pressure is 30.00 and actual pressure is 90.00 on Idle. And this is all time. Can somebody tell me what can be wrong?
There is info from my ECU:
OPCOM:

ECU initiated!

The question is - the VIN, which is stored in ECU is the same like the VIN on the chassis?
If yes - this is the right file in your ecu. After update HW & SW numbers are different...

Thank you for answer. VIN is the same like VIN of chassis.

Here is my logs from engine:
At ~15sec you can see that desired pressure is 30 and actual pressure is 35..

Before update, the engine works with some troubles, but obviously the DTCs were deleted from the file.
Now you can see where is the problem...
Simply change the Fuel Pressure Regulator.

"Circuit solenoid metering fuel" is not fuel presure regulator, metering fuel is in high presure pump, fuel presure reg is in rail ramp

Error is: P0002-5A - Fuel Metering Solenoid Valve Circuit Range/Performance. I change regulator which is on CV pump, BOSCH number 0 928 400 574.
When i disconnect it, there is also DTC P0002 but with another two last digit and in description is "open circuit".. But still not result :(

Before i update engine ECU i check dose corrections on injectors, there was MAX 0.5 ug/stroke. I think HP pump is good, before ECU update car works good, good acceleration. Noe pressure also is good after i delete DTC P0002

PROBLEM SOLVED!
There was no electic defect.
I try to check fuel back pipe (for fuel tank). At first i disconnect pipe from high pressure bar from this:
https://www.auto24parts.com/environment/cache/images/0_0_productGfx_e4ab737cb1ddd91fadbd5660f69c488f.jp g
and turn ignition ON. During electrical pump working there was fuel leakage from this what is on picture. I turn off ignition, plug pipe back and disconnect pipe which is to fuel tank (back pipe). I try to inflate this pipe but no result, like stoppered. I connect it back and check, maybe pipe gets tough. Turn ignition on - pipe not tough. Turn engine on - pipe not tough. And waiting for different sound of engine, waiting, waiting and after 1 minute nothing. Come to car and indicator with car and wrench not on. Press gas pedal and RPM more than 3000 :). Test ride and all OK! Probably the return pipe was clogged or air pockets.
