2011 Volvo C70 Clone white CEM?

I want to clone a CEM from a 2011 Volvo C70 T5 2.5 230hp.
I readed that I need to change 2 flash chips and a EEPROM.
Is it right?

Can somebody tell me if the 2 CEM will fit and where is the EEPROM located?

you need to read/write both ee and flash from both mcus.
