KTM Bike transponder 4D Reading and Cloning

I'm having this problem with 3 KTM bikes now. 990 and 1190 made between 2009 to 2011.
None of my machines can read the chips inside. TRS5000, CN900, Handy Baby, Tango, VVDI2....[emoji26] . I only manage to read a Pg 3 data using Tango.

My questions:
1. If we got the orange key, how do we program a new key? Any precode needed for the 4D?
2. Can this chip be possibly cloned from the black key?

this 3 KTM bike`s are based on ZADI immo type 1 with 24lc04 inside

on first question answer is yes,can be programmed black key (not need preapre) with orange but with 4 digit pin code and diagnostic equipment

soon as i know tango can clone this bit different 4d transponder without problem

all is clear on them...page 1 is BB,page 2 is 00,page 3 is serial id with manufacturer code,and page 4 is secret key from immo dump and one of this tool can challenge it...

That's a great help. I read your previous posts too...u are a god sent. But i do not have immo dump to read, Is the pg4 unique to every bike or is it the same?
I'm adding a key to the bike so i can't be asking the customer to allow me to get the immo dump.

no friend,no unique secret key page 4 on any KTM bike,every have different secret key...

depend on model of immo have and different location of this:-)))) strange & good bike :-)))

my opinion is first to try to extract with tools you numbered,one of them must extract it...especially tango

Hi Gepa.
I kept trying the auto detect in tango. Don't work.
I only can get a pg 3 reading of 8 bytes, when i select TIRIS 4D.
The rest shows pg 1: 00, pg 3:00, pg 3: 8 byte, pg 4: 00 00 00 00.

Post your dump if tango can't do it, the brainexe. Will figure it out.

I cannot get dump, sir. I'm just trying to clone it. No eeprom work involved, sir. Because customer not a all lost key situation

ok,try with effi,many times it read every page properly...

but without secret key you cant to this job

also if customer have this special wishes then he must go in official KTM service to do it and pay it :-) it is very cheap and quick in it :-)))))
