Toyota ayego airbags deployment help

Not sure if anyone can help, srs unit was replaced in Toyota Ayego 2012 airbag light went off dash , soon within a month all The airbags deployed whilst owner was driving normally, customer blaming me for problem and wants all the airbags replaced ,

Im confused here thinking what it could be any suggestions or help to prove in favour for me appreciate it

what did you do to that car in past?replace for new or crash data ....or second hand?
check car under...subframe for damage...
i seen this in seat car was driving on ruff surface and some rock was sticking out from the ground.
hit the sub frame and blow off front airbags and two seat belts.
