VW turbo update from KKK to garrett

Hi
I've got VW Scirocco 2.0tdi engine code CFHC with turbocharger KKK BV40.
I fitted a turbocharger from 170TDI (garrett gtc1549vz)

An actuator in garrett works other way then KKK.
correctly I've got 2 fault codes
P256300 Turbocharger boost control position sensor circuit; range/performance
P00AF00 Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control "A" Module Performance

Does the setup require other modification (for example diffident control N75)?
or only correct ecu software modification?
