ford edc17cp05 with ktag

i have euro clone with 2.11 and trasdata .
now i have ford 6.7l 400hp year 2014 to read
ktag dosnt list the car but have edc17cp05 tc1796
also trasdata have it for f250 with 385hp

my question - its safe to read it like that if the exact model dosnt listed?
only need same flash mcu like tc1796?

This tool read ecu only when check id tc1796, so If read id mcu than read full.

ps. I have ori k-tag and this device read and write this ecu great.
