EGR OFF and a little remapp needed for some HP

Hello, anyone here who could help me out with EGR OFF and some remapp for some HP for my Alfa Romeo 156 1.9 JTD 16V 150HP (110KW) Crosswagon Q4? Also after i upload the new bin on ECU, do I need any blanking plate on the EGR?
