I see that the radio isn't mounted to a car. It cannot work without being mounted to a car because it has CAN-H and CAN-L pins.

I read on other thread that a guy pressed the setup and return buttons and the message displayed on the screen changed to "seed: ......" (some numbers). Maybe this can help, maybe someone know how to find the key using that seed number.

The original radio is stolen and the connectors are cut from harnes. The owner of the car bring me a radio and connectors from junkyard.
My opinion is the problem the VIN in the radio is not same with the car’s VIN.
I dont know how I can change the VIN in the radio...
I have tried with original Abritus and I can’t change the VIN in the radio.

1) Tweet Abritus and ask them if its a genuine item
2) can you change VIN IN OTHER modules to match junkyard vin
3) call dealer, ask the question, can it be done and how much!

I can change the VIN all modules in this car by OBD...
Only three modules failed.
-Engine ECU
-Steering
-Radio

I made diagnositc in car and I see the radio not have the same VIN like car and for this reason show Locked in display !

I try to change VIN in radio by OBD with AVDI online and not let me to do it.

I find in bottom side of unit also some pads TX, RX and XCLK I think this can be a solution for change or update VIN in MCU, know some one solution to chenge VIN in this unit radio ?
