2012 Ford Mondeo 9S12XHZ512 connection points with upa

Hi All
Does anyone have UPA connection points for a 2012 mondeo with 9S12XHZ512?

I have connected as per UPA manual but keep getting "device not respond"

This is how I have connected it
P5 to 35
P9 to 36
P6 to 39
P7 to 40

Any help would be greatly appreciated
