got wee r reg pug 306 wee motor fine apart from the knockin from the bak at the time thought it woz the exaust.checked it was ok so checked bak end no play on any the wheels but remembered the french shit way torsion bar.so when jacked up i banged the tyre and could hear the noise slightly quieter though..now the good bit tried to source 1 and the breaker said he wanted 100 quid..didnt pay that for car lol.any 1 know where 2 get a cheap 1...

The banging noise is probably coming from the rear sub frame mountings there are 4 the rear 2 are easy to change but the front two are harderer and are more likely to be the cause of your problems

yes sub frame mounting rubber get a crowbar in and see if they move or could be
torkshaft had this then i work at pug garage
