Need help with disabling EGR, I want to blank it. Anyway truck started to go into limp mode, I think something wrong with vacuum system. All I can read is that I have emission related faults (I have VCDS for reading faults) Truck has also DPF, but going to keep it for a while. It will be next project to remove.

Hello mate, my software only can eliminate DPF , it can not recognice the file for EGR OFF.

I attached the file DPF OFF.

- Reset the soot counters.
- Eliminate control unit errors.
- Calculate the ckeksum before writing the file.
- Disconnect the temperature sensors from the DPF.
- Empty the DPF.

Are you sure? except crc I didint get any other errors from Ktag. went from 0 to 100% without a glitch.
What could be wrong? I have read it with 3 different versions of ksuite and all produced exactly the same file.
maybe try to read with different profile?
Ktag firstly says "ECU NOT IDENTIFIED" and then I pick the Hyundai profile and make the backup

i see this thread is still active. Ive recently dived into this world and currently trying to figure a lot out for myself. ive had a look at a bin file in ols demo but trying to get hold of a ECM Titanium full copy. i hoping to remove egr myself but struggling to locate the address / correct lines of code. sleepless nights to learn more and more about this intriguing world.
any advice or tips from competent members would be a massive help.
