You must write what tools do you have to make this job. Some tools can make transponder by dump ready to start the car, some make dealer key and you have to make key by obd...

FVDI - T300 - Bosch KTS 570 - VAS diagnostic - Zed Bull -

I was able to enter with FVDI in key learning - wizzard mode but i did not have a transponder with me and i did not know what type is used . i found BLANK 7936 AS ID 46 ID46 TRANSPONDER VIRGIN CRYPTO PHILIPS II

Does it need to precode somehow or i can just use the pin with FVDI and program it straight on the car ?

Original car key is " smashed to pieces " - i still have the blade , but in dashboard is showing : IMMOBILISER ACTIVE

You will need to precode the transponder with the cs bytes.
Then you can program it by obd, using the pincode.

Or you use the tagkeytool and add this transponder direct to the 93c86 file.
Then write back file, and start your car.

In FVDI you should have option to precode transponder with CS and then you code it to car with PIN or make it by Kessy dump in FVDI TagKeyTool as rob h said.

No need to precode for 2006, but it doesnt do any harm if so...
