Outlander 2008 erased last Smart - need help Urgent!

Hi Guys,
I'm in real trouble and need help. Yestarday my customer came with Outlander 2008 - 2 smart keys in hand, one working, second not.
The 2nd key stop worked suddenly after chip tunning thing which is not come right to my mind but okay... things happen.

What I did is tried reprogram key with x100 pro just like in this video

After entering pin code and next step - Program Failure

Tried several times, no luck.

I took FVDI and reprogram transponders OK. Smart function in first key still work. Retried program with X100 - same error: Program failure.

So with FVDI I did Erase keys and reprogram transponders. After that procedure remote and keyless stop work.
Now in live data I see any key remote Not registered. I tried register keyless with diagnostic Autoboss but it fail any time.

Please help, what should I do to make the Smart work?

Pin is ok. I can program keys with this pin. With other cannot. Also change the pin work.
Pin is not problem.

May be you need MUT-III or G-Scan.

which x100 do you have? obdstar?

Other solution is to read dump from KOS module and read 24c16. You can program 7936 or 7952 (recommended is 7952) to activate the ignition. Then match the smart system by OBD using MUT-III or G-Scan.. i never done any before anyway. Just that's what some experts said i've ever seen..

Yes. Obdstar. Do not have mentioned devices. Can the smart be added through dump?

through dump i heard is only to activate the ignition.

If you still haven't found any solution to the problem i think you better read the dump and post it here along with the key data that you want to be programmed. Some buddy here might can and will help you.. i never done one..but if i can help,i'll help.

PS : personally for me adding key through dump will be the last solution.

Hi mate.. SKP. Have you tried it? Think it will do it.. seen sometimes ago a friend successfully program Outlander smart key here.. just can't remember if it's a lost key situation or making a spare. You should try this..

this is newer outlander I think and I do not have this module as pictured. Any other idea?

it's omron module on steering lock but there is nothing to read.

the second side PCB no elements at all.

may be you could try to look again where the module location might be by visiting this website and then entering the vin# there..
