Chrysler Stratus 1996 immo off

need to make immo off.

car has no Rockwell immobox.
Just found blue immo box with 3E22B motorola.

Any help with that car?

Car has no rockwell unit.

Car starts and after 3 seconds dies.

I found solution to emulate rpm signal for 11 minuters - how to do that?
