FORD KUGA ECU PROBLEM AFTER OBD WRITE

Hello mates,

Have a problem with Ford Kuga DCM 3.5.
The story is:
Some local tuner wanted to make chip on this ecu via china Kess and file bought somewhere from internet.
He made a copy of original file (thanks God) but do not even sent this file to someone for tuning. Just uploaded some file don't know from where.
Wright now car do not start, ECU do not reply, writing via OBD is not possible any more.
I have both files original and tuned (files attached here 402089 )
As I can see it's a totally different files.
Can someone help me to start the car and make normal tune?

What info you need mate?

SW: AV41-14C204-DN

Please dont call this guy a tuner.he has nothing to do with tuning if he done that.
Try to load ori file to your tool and press write even if you have no com.see what happens.

It doesn't work mate. Says engine is defective. Starter won't spin.

Any prog.tool do not see the ecu.

I did not understand what you meant, but if you talking about diag tools, try at least Id the ecu, cause if you cant Id it or dont have comunication, you damage the ecu with your file you flashed, so you need to open ecu and do Write ecu on benchwith full backup flash only,

Mate, I do not flash it. Galletto,Kess do not see ECU ID.
How can I get full back up?

If the file that the tuner wrote that is completely different from original, corrupted the dump on the ECU, than the only way he can recover is by jtag otherwise he will not be able to load the file via OBD.

Not every tools are able to recover this ECU, I think KTAG can do it, i've tried one but without luck, i had to open both sides of the ECU, big risk and at the end i was not able to read it.

I had same problem before and Kess v2 not detect ecu and ecu ID after write a tuned map. Cars not working

So, I start recovey function in kess v2 and write original file and car working very well

I used clone kess v2

Yes ... if he was playing than fixing most likly possible only with JTAG. He wrote JTAG read from SW DV41-14C204-CF that tuned file.

Here a Jtag read of you software AV41-12A650-DN and vbf file if you will try with IDS.

Or try the mentioned restor function with KESS and full Jtag read from my attached file.

Just use recovery function with original file. KESS can do this!

anyone got the original bin file for Siemens SID206 ecu, Kuga 2.0tdci 2008. File required is 8V41-12A650-AF

I have vbf files if anyone needs for AV41-14C204-CP
