What is the procedure or tool do i need to ad brand new dealer key.

have a working key.

what tools have you?
you need to read pin and add with vcds or avdi or some other tool.

trought obd-eg avdi, or you can remove comfort module behind glowe box and add key on desk, read eeprom, add key with tango, tm100,tmpro....
