some advice needed please

I'm busy with a nissan patrol zd30, vehicle came in no power however that was sorted turned out to be egr failure now my main issue is that the check engine lights up now and then all my equipment don't talk to this zexel ecu so I decided to blink code test which after gave about 8 sensors faulty which I personally tested and all good I have checked earth's and voltage all good I would like to know if maybe a faulty flash can cause this because even if I try to delete error memories the faults come straight up like a hard fault any ideas thank you

I have many of these zd30 vehicles come in and I keep a spare set (ecu reader key) to test! Have found ecu to be faulty many times..not with your symptoms tho...diesel pump is also another suspect....maybe try another computer ? What does the vehicle do when engine light comes on?

Nothing changes it still stays the same only thing I have noticed is on acceleration it pings but the rest is fine moves well I did pickup another ecu alil different in circuit and vehicle does not start immo fault codes only.so my question is would this be a flash faulty
