Hello everyone. Can anyone help me clearing this out please?

I tried to clean it with carprog but doesn't seem to do much

Had to choose a different type of module but the chip is the same so i thought ill give a try but doesn't do anything.
I did compare files of previous module i got clear out the only difference i found is fill with FF right after VIN. Is that all that needs to be done? or is there actually a software that clears out properly?
If anyone has any type of documentation i can read about it ill be happy to learn and understand how it works.
In the meantime please help me clear out attached file.
